Information Errors

We try our best to make sure all information on this website is correct; however from time to time mistakes do occur from human typing error or allocation. In all instances we reserve the right to correct any erroneous information as soon as it becomes evident to us. The offer to trade is a two way treaty and both parties have to be satisfied to finalise the sale.

Pricing Errors

Occasionally, a price may be out of date or invalid. This sometimes occurs due to technical problems or a sudden change in supplier pricing. If you have a query about a price, please don't hesitate in contacting us via phone or email.

Out Of Stock

Every now and then an item might be out of stock, even though it appeared as "In Stock Now". Unfortunately our stock levels do get low occasionally and this may lead to an item being unavailable, we are constantly stocktaking however discrepancies are bound to occur. If this does happen for your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss either a refund, alternative product or how long it will take for the item to come in.

Lay Bys

We only accept lay bys in store. A minimum of 20% deposit is required. Please email us for our full lay by terms and conditions
