Lay-By

Deposit

Each new lay-by requires a minimum 20% deposit at the time of purchase in-store.

Term

Standard lay-by is available on an 8-week term and must be paid in full and collected by the finalization date.

Payments

Minimum fortnightly payments of $5 are required. In-store, or for account holders via the website. Failure to make payments when they are due may result in the lay-by being canceled.

Cancellation

If your lay-by is canceled, we will refund you all amounts paid, minus your 20% deposit or $20 cancellation fee (whichever is the lesser). Photo identification is required to cancel your lay-by.

Lay-By Modification

Lay-by orders cannot be changed.

Collection

The lay-by must be paid in full before goods can be taken. Photo identification is required in-store when collecting your lay-by.
