Biante 1/18 Holden ZB Commodore - BJR - Fullwood/Fiore - Middy'S #14 - 2022 Bathurst 1000 Diecast Car

Biante Model Cars are very pleased to present the 1:18 Holden ZB Commodore V8 Supercar of Brad Jones Racing. The exclusive replica model as raced by Bryce Fullwood and Dean Fiore in the Repco Bathurst 1000 of the 2022 V8 Supercars Championship.

The racing Gods must have been crying for the last Bathurst battle between Holden and Ford as the heavy rain bought a slippery track and aggressive driving early on caused pure carnage! The chaotic day was interrupted by rain delays and eight safety car periods but made for a nail-biting conclusion.

Heavy rain on Saturday led to the Top 10 Shootout to be cancelled, so grid positions were achieved from Friday’s qualifying times. After some disappointing qualifying car #14 starting near the rear the grid, the Middy’s Electrical ZB was able to stay clear of the mayhem that unfolded just seconds into the race at turn 1. Both Fullwood and Fiore executed some great driving through traffic and numerous safety cars to actually be positioned 3^rd after Lap 44!

Holding off to pit kept Fullwood in the mix for the second half of the race but after the DJR Davison Mustang crashed late on Lap 142, the 6-hour long race became a sprint for the chequered flag with the Fullwood battling with the leaders to stay in the top 10. The Middy’s car was able to finish 9^th and was the only BJR car to have a trouble-free Bathurst over the four days of tough conditions.

Produced in die-cast with fully opening parts, the 1:18 ZB V8 Supercars are exquisitely-crafted collectables with fine detail, high quality and perfectly replicated decals.
