Description

"Seven Stars in Kyushu" is Japan's first full-scale cruise train, which began operation on October 15, 2013, and travels around tourist spots all over Kyushu. The eight-car train is
made up of seven 77 series 7000 passenger cars and a dedicated DF200-7000 towing engine, and exudes a calm and elegant beauty with a glossy sheen.

In addition to the distinctive exterior design, the train also pursues the expression of the suite rooms and the interiors that can be seen from the observation windows at the ends of the cars, reproducing the different interior colors and stained glass patterns for each car, and the piano in the lounge, delivering a high-quality production.

The shiny emblem, locomotive grill, gold lines and lettering on the entire car body, and the polished body shine just like the real thing.

  • In addition to the taillights, the headlights used during push operation at the ends of the cars also light up (with a switch to turn them off).
