With a focus on cleaner and easier use, Losi have released the next in a short but illustrious line of 1/5^thscale champs, the DBXL-E 2.0 4WD. With larger 5mm drive pins on its 4WD drivetrain, the DBXL-E 2.0 ensures you have constant traction making it perfect for just about any surface. With a complete range of Spektrum electronics and transmitter, you’ll have a superb level of control and the Maxxis Creepy Crawler scale-to-size LT tyres will ensure the DBXL-E 2.0 4WD will respond perfectly every time.

With a maximum speed of 80kmh on 8 cell LiPo you are going to be a good looking blur in the Fox and Losi scale detailed race-inspired trim schemes.

With a new gearbox design, theDBXL-E 2.0 4WDhas had the front and rear bulkheads updated as well. To keep the gearboxes stable during braking and acceleration two additional mounting locations have been added to the side of the bulkheads. This allows for increased durability and a more stable drive train. One of the retained features on the DBXL-E 2.0 4WD from the original is the aluminium diff cup used in the centre differential. Given the amount of power that today’s brushless motors can generate you need that aluminium centre diff cup to provide extra durability and strength.

The key electronic components on the DBXL-E 2.0 4WD are all waterproof. The ESC, servo and receiver are all sealed against any moisture and give you the freedom to let it rip in the rain, hail or shine.

The Spektrum Firma 160 AMP ESC is both LiPo and NiMh compatible and works with most sensorless brushless motors. It also comes pre-wired with a high current IC5 connector and is fully programmable. Accessing the SMART technology is as simple as using the Spektrum Dashboard app on your smartphone. All your vital info is at your fingertips including Speed directly from the ESC, RX pack voltage, battery voltage and RPM. Your DBXL-E 2.0 4WD will hit 80 km/h on 8s LiPo’s (need to purchase these separately) based on the huge power generated from your brushless motor and ESC.

The DX3 radio system from Spektrum features travel adjust, a 3-position throttle limiting switch, AVC (Active Vehicle Control) control, and, is compatible with the BT2000 Bluetooth Module (SPMBT2000 - sold separately), so you can also use the Dashboard app to receive telemetry data in real-time.
