Tamiya 1/24 Nissan Fairlady 240Z Street Custom Plastic Model Kit

Nissan’s “Z car” was a hit at home and overseas following its 1969 debut, and in 1971 its line-up was further bolstered by the 240Z, which paired that classic long nose, short deck body with a 150hp 2.4-liter inline-six engine.

• The 240Z is depicted with popular customizing parts from its heyday.
• The model can also be assembled as a Datsun 240Z, as seen in the North American market.
• Its 2,393cc inline-six SOHC engine and triple carburetors are rendered realistically and can be viewed under the opening hood.

• RS Watanabe wheels are a 2-part design for an easier paint job.

The nose is a newly-designed component. Compare it here with the “G-nose” 240ZG, also a part of our 1/24 scale Sports Car Series. This customized car features stacked rear exhausts. 8-spoke RS Watanabe wheels are a fitting addition to the model. The bonnet opens to let you check out the engine and its aluminum air funnels. These are the new parts in the kit. Bumpers are metal-plated.
